Yes, Source Mantra does sponsor H1B and Green Card for qualified consultants only.
- What is the average time to get projects?
Time varies between one week to four weeks depending on consultant experience and education.
- I don’t have a computer science background, would I be eligible for your training and placement program if I applied?
Yes, you may be qualified for our training and placement program. We do not require eligible students to know everything before they join us, but we do expect them to work hard during the training. We have placed many students from non-technical backgrounds with clients of repute, after they completed the training programs and faired well.

Data Analyst: Analysis of client business processes and functional requirements.
Responsibilities Include:

- Develop and configure test automation networks and execute stability and performance tests.
- Analyze and verify best automated and manual test approaches and execute acceptance, integration, and system testing.
- Prepare software defect tracking and report entire project release status to stakeholders.
