IT Project Leads (two Positions available) (South Plainfield, NJ or various unanticipated work locations in the U.S.)  Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope.  Confer with users, management, vendors and technical teams to capture, assess and translate business and computing needs.  Monitor project milestones and deliverables.  Analyze data relating to technology trends and specific business operational processes and practices through statistical analysis and sampling.  Develop project scope and plans including technology, frameworks and architecture, and provide resource allotment and constraints.  Create the technical plans to formulate the requirements, processing methods, equipment and tasks for design, development, and commissioning.  Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to build models and methodologies for IT product development and resource delivery systems.  Provide IT insight up front and early in the business idea process, and drive innovative ideas into the pipeline to illustrate where IT can enable and differentiate.  Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks as well as develop internal controls to mitigate risks and improve internal controls.  Perform technical oversight and data analysis to support evaluation of system/application defects and development of requirements for new functionality, triaging and troubleshooting complex user-reported system defects.  Assist in system troubleshooting applying technical proficiency in different stages of implementation; balance and correct efforts including analysis, verification and validation of issues and fixes.  Deliver product to business users and provide training documentation.  Coordinate and monitor the entire SDLC cycle including unit, functional and regression testing after development and provide necessary support to quality assurance and user acceptance testing.  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or a field in Engineering with 2 years of experience.  Experience in Java; JSP with EJB; SQL Server; Web Services; JavaScript; PL/SQL queries for retrieval and persistence to Oracle Database;  shell script; Business object; EJB; DAO (Data Access Object);  JMS Server, IBM HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat Server on AIX, Linux and Sun Solaris.  Experience in SDLC in mobile or website systems; and IT security principles.  Send resume to Source Mantra Inc., 295 Durham Avenue, Suite #201, South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
